Key points at a glance
- Consultancy only. The company provides professional immigration, visa and administrative consultancy — eligibility assessment, documentation assistance, application preparation, review and tracking.
- Not a recruitment or employment agency. The company does not source employment, recruit personnel, place candidates with employers, or mediate employment (Clause 4.3).
- No guarantee of outcome. The company does not guarantee visa approval, entry, residence, travel, or that any employer will offer or continue employment. All decisions rest with the competent authorities and employers (Clauses 4.4–4.6, 11).
- Client responsibilities. Clients must provide true, complete and lawful information and documents, and must never submit forged or misleading material (Clauses 6–7).
- Fees & refunds. Professional fees are charged for the consultancy time and expertise rendered and are not contingent on the outcome of any application (Clauses 9–10).
- Data & confidentiality. The company handles data in line with applicable data protection laws; see our Data Protection Policy (Clauses 14–15).
- Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with arbitration and courts seated in New Delhi (Clause 25).
